Find out more about BMCC’s Faculty Development Grant. The first part of this session will showcase projects and research findings of recipients of the 2018 Faculty Development Grant. The second part of the session will be an information session for faculty who are interested in applying for the 2019-2020 Faculty Development Grant award cycle.

The Faculty Development Grant was established in the 1990s at the initiative of the Faculty Development Committee of the BMCC Academic Senate. It is organized and administered by the Faculty Development Committee and funded by the Office of Academic Affairs. Its purpose is to support full-time faculty members in their scholarly and creative activity. Full-time faculty throughout the college are encouraged to apply. Faculty may apply as individuals or as a team. The maximum grant award is $5,000 and a maximum of twelve grants will be awarded.
