Description
There are expectations, both external and internal for some of us, to carry on with our courses and our work, achieving what we planned to when the semester began. But what is possible in a pandemic? What is healthy and humane? We’ll talk about possibilities for scaling back, consider Luke Waltzer’s Minimum Viable (Transitioned) Course, as well as your ideas for moderating expectations to care for our students and ourselves.

Join with your colleagues to share distance learning experiences, ask questions, and support each other. Brew a cup of coffee or tea and bring your stories of what’s worked and what hasn’t. Each session will be co-facilitated by a faculty member and a staff member from CETLS or Faculty Affairs. Sessions will have a maximum of 25 participants to allow for discussion.
